Lisa Brusack comes to AIRS with a strong background in Human Resources, Training and Development, Recruitment and Operations. She has been in Human Resources Management on a national level for over 15 years. Her recruiting career began with Carlson Wagonlit Travel where she implemented and standardized the recruiting process in their corporate call centers across the United States. Since joining AIRS, Lisa has delivered over 40 different courses across the nation in addition to conducting e-learning sessions. She has been a featured presenter at several regional and national recruiting and staffing organization events. With an energy and passion for people and learning, Lisa facilitates AIRS training with both public and private organizations to maximize recruitment processes and organizational effectiveness.Lisa is the Corporate Outplacement Program expert where she develops and delivers training for managers administering transitions and is a career counselor for employees who are transitioning. Lisa currently resides in St. Charles, Missouri and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.About AIRS
